After the conference, Chef Ahamada indulges the participants with delicacies that continue the history of the “black continent” into the global future as a fusion of the world’s cuisines.
Modern African cuisine has developed from a rich cultural heritage with many influences. Combined with elements of European, Asian and Caribbean flavours, it offers participants completely new experiences.
